Leadership Foundations is a next step for personal growth and biblical leadership. This environment is for anyone who desires to be a biblical leader in their sphere of influence. Becoming a biblical leader requires more than desire, it requires commitment and training. Classes include teaching and training from Transformation Church leadership team and take place during Wednesday night sessions. A key part of the experience is hands-on involvement in making weekend services a success by serving on a team.

BASIC LEADERSHIP REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION:
Consistently attend weekend gatherings
Completion of Plugged In
Serving in at least one service weekly on a team. If you aren’t currently serving on a team but have participated in Plugged In, we will assist you getting on a team before the session starts.
Supporting the vision of your church through tithing
Complete online registration
